Issue #4: Mushroom Coffee ☕️
Have you tried Mushroom Coffee yet?
It’s Saturday morning and I just finished another bag of my Mushroom Coffee and remembered this was something that I had been meaning to share…
I don’t know about you, but I’ve officially hit the point in life where coffee and tea have become consistent parts of my daily routine. For the most part - I’ve been a tea sipper who would have a cup of coffee here and there. The taste of coffee is cool with me, but the caffeine induced anxiety and jitters would always send me back to drinking just tea - and sometimes no caffeine at all.
Often times, my anxiety after coffee would be so bad, it would completely throw me off, thus making it counter productive.
A few months ago, my friend introduced me to mushroom coffee; which I’d never even heard of before. At the time I was doing a raw diet detox (more on that another day), so it made sense to give it a try. I immediately went down the google rabbit hole reading review after review, trying to find the best brand of this new “mushroom coffee”.
I started with the ground coffee version. (with this you’ll need a French Press if you don’t already own one. You can easily grab one at target or on amazon.)
By the end of my first week drinking Mushroom Coffee, I had ordered nearly every other product Four Stigmatic had to offer.
As the brand promised, I did not experience any jitters or crashes and I could completely notice the difference in my focus and productivity. Let me not forget go share that it tastes good; just about the same as regular coffee and your favorite creamer/milk-alternative can be added along with sweetener.
There’s also an instant version that comes in individual packets for when you’re on the go. I don’t love the instant version as much - I think it tastes a little different, but it still does the trick.
If you do decide to try the Mushroom Coffee, please shoot me a message and let me know what you think!
As always, thanks for reading and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
